First Handover of 2025: Room to Breathe in Minjilang
We’re thrilled to announce our first hand-over for 2025! This build is part of the Room to Breathe initiative. This project, located in Minjilang, involved adding two extra bedrooms to an existing home. These additions will provide much-needed space, ease overcrowding, and improve overall liveability for the residents.
The Room to Breathe program is designed to address critical housing needs by:
Reducing overcrowding in homes
Enhancing the functionality of living spaces
Minimizing wear and tear on properties
Supporting family-based living arrangements for kinship care, elderly residents, and high-dependency tenants
This project wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible efforts of our on-ground crew and everyone who contributed to bringing this vision to life. A huge thank-you for your dedication and teamwork!
As we move into 2025, we’re excited to continue delivering projects that make a lasting difference in communities across the region. Stay tuned for more updates!
