2024 HIA-CSR Northern Territory Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards Night

Celebrating Excellence at the 2024 HIA-CSR Northern Territory Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards!

The WTD team had the honor of attending the 2024 HIA-CSR NT Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards on Friday, October 26th—a night dedicated to recognizing excellence across the building industry. Held in the company of esteemed colleagues, industry leaders, and rising talents, this event was a wonderful celebration of innovation, craftsmanship, and dedication. It was a chance to reflect on the strides our industry continues to make and the inspiring individuals who drive that progress.

This year, we are particularly proud and excited to celebrate one of our own. Our very own Ashley Pribaz was recognized not once, not twice, but with three prestigious awards that reflect her hard work, leadership, and unwavering commitment to excellence in the building industry. Ash took home:

  • Executive Leadership Award: This award recognises women who demonstrate excellence in leadership, mentoring, business planning and governance and use innovation to create change in the industry. Ashley’s ability to inspire those around her and lead by example has been transformative for WTD. Her leadership has set a high standard for both her team and the wider industry.

  • Young Achiever Award: This award recognises women under the age of 30 years who show exceptional promise and dedication to the industry, and celebrates their early achievements. As a standout young professional in the building industry, Ashley exemplifies what it means to push boundaries and set new benchmarks. Her dedication to professional growth and innovative approach make her a role model for the next generation of builders and leaders.

  • Building Women of the Year Award: This prestigious award celebrates the achievements and advancement of females in the building industry and applaud organisations who facilitate inclusion, innovation and progression. It is reserved for outstanding women in building who make significant contributions to their field, challenge the status quo, and uplift others along the way. Ashley’s efforts in advocating for women in the industry and her commitment to inclusivity have earned her the title of Building Women of the Year—a true testament to her impact and leadership.

A Legacy of Excellence and Dedication

Ashley’s journey with WTD has been nothing short of inspiring. Her work ethic, innovation, and passion resonate not only within our team but across the industry. She’s someone who brings out the best in her colleagues, pushes for excellence in every project, and exemplifies the values we hold dear at WTD.

Empowering Women in Building

Ashley’s recognition as Building Women of the Year is especially significant to us. At WTD, we are committed to fostering a culture that encourages diversity and champions women’s contributions in building and construction. Ashley’s achievements represent this vision, and her dedication to empowering others is helping pave the way for future generations.

Congratulations, Ash!

Please join us in congratulating Ashley Pribaz on her extraordinary achievements. We look forward to seeing all the ways she will continue to innovate, lead, and inspire those around her.
